WHAT MARK DOES
Mark was passionate about food from an early age. After trying a few other career paths, Mark finally settled on his true calling, cooking. Whilst honing his craft, Mark’s food adventures have taken him all over the country and given him a wide and varied experience, from fine dining in restaurants to corporate hospitality at some of the country’s most prestigious sporting venues and most recognised businesses, as well as running the kitchen in high quality restaurants or providing a more intimate experience through private dining in clients homes.
Mark's fine dining has been found at the F1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone, Leicester Tigers Rugby Club, The Ashes Series at Trent Bridge, Leicester City Football Club, including player catering when they won the premier league in 2015/2016 and the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Mark's corporate clients include the JCB world headquarters, Capital One, Samworth Brothers and Rockingham Motor Speedway.
Away from the kitchen, Mark relaxes in his garden, growing a range of fruit and veg. He is also a keen motorcyclist, travelling far and wide on food adventures!
